This New York Times bestseller challenges popular keto and paleo diets with a bold new plant-based approach. Numerous scientific studies are presented which demonstrate that gut health is the key to boosting people’s metabolism, balancing hormones, and taming the inflammation that cause a host of diseases. Fiber Fueled offers the blueprint to start turbocharging the gut and achieve lifelong health. More specifically you will discover how to:

  • Explain the benefits of pre-and probiotic supplements for reducing dysbiosis;
  • Evaluate the role of foods high in FODMAPs for sensitive guts;
  • Assess the components of foods that affect the gut microbiome;
  • Suggest various ways to meet a higher Aggregate Nutrient Density Index score;
  • Recommend diet changes to prevent chronic diseases.
