To
receive your Certificate of Completion choose option C or T which will make sure that you submit the correct reporting form for your program.
Option C. For CPE programs with SKU number C###, or
course registration numbers which have 6 digits (######), or
for electronic programs where you use your Order Number as your course registration number

Option T. For CPE programs with SKU number T###, or
program registration numbers beginning with T####, or
for electronic programs where you use your Order Number with the prefix T as your program registration number
click here.
Only Option T programs require the CDR MANDATED Critical Thinking Evaluation Tool (CTT) for Self-Study Programs.
